The Trilobe exclusive piece “Les Matinaux” - Only Watch 2019 – is a tribute to all communities fighting strongly and audaciously for effective research and patient’s treatments in the future. René Char paved the way for hope, courage, human warmth and wisdom.

René Char is a poet who fearlessly shouted out (Impose your luck, embrace your happiness and go toward your risks: by looking at you, they’ll get used to it.). With the courtesy of Madame Char and Gallimard Publishing House, the back of the watch has been exclusively engraved with his quote along with the poet’s original signature.

The watch “Les Matinaux” Only Watch Edition 2019 also echoes the spirit in which Trilobe was created. Trilobe invites us to embrace difference and to adopt a conceptual reversal. With the Trilobe watch, time is set in motion. Three rotating rings hold a unique place, each one carrying a pillar of time: the largest ring for hours, the median for minutes, the smallest for seconds. The rings, eccentric and movable, turn counterclockwise. In a subtle sunray silver, three eccentric and movable rings slide on rubies, each of them in its own position: hours, minutes, seconds. Each one of them following its own counter clockwise path without ever resting. Hands are replaced by three non-aligned Trilobe index.
