Sinn Spezialuhren, Frankfurt am Main, strengthens its Executive Board with internal appointments

In December 2025, Sinn Spezialuhren appointed two experienced division heads, Mr. Andreas Hölzel and Ms. Simone Richter, to its Executive Board. Building on their established areas of responsibility, leadership will now be shared across several shoulders alongside Lothar Schmidt, creating a stable and future-proof management structure. Andreas Hölzel will assume responsibility for the Finance & Operations divisions, while Simone Richter will oversee the Market & Customer divisions. By filling these roles from within the company, Sinn Spezialuhren ensures the continuity of internal processes and further strengthens cooperation within its existing partner structures.
