Audemars Piguet - New Millenary for Ladies

Originally introduced by Audemars Piguet in 1995, the Millenary line expands with new references.

A distinctive feature of the Millenary collection is the particular architecture of the hand-wound manufacture movement which is built back to front so that the beating heart of the watch is perfectly visible from both sides.

While the case - in pink or white gold - and dial remain virtually unchanged, the new references are enriched by new metal bracelets which enhance the vintage look of the Millenary with its oval shapes and the Roman numerals on the dial.

Further to the Milanese bracelet, which was fashionable in the 50s and 60s, the Polish finishing on these metal bracelets offers great comfort and also provides a new, more supple meshing enriched by several adjustable links (every 5 mm) to perfectly fit every wrist. Each bracelet is individually handmade.

In addition to the metal bracelets, the Millenary line is also enriched by a new version featuring an opal dial, introducing this fine stone for the first time on this line. It also presents the Frosted Gold finishing technique, which Audemars Piguet has only used on the Royal Oak collection so far.

The Millenary can also be complemented by a new line of straps offering new textures, patterns and colours.

All models are powered by the hand-wound Calibre 5201 beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of 49 hours. audemarspiguet.com
