Bulgari - Octo L’Originale Chronograph

Four weeks ago we presented the Octo L'Originale (the Italian for The Original), a three hand timepiece in titanium which maintains size and proportions of the first Octo model launched in 2012.

Together with the three hand model, Bulgari is also introducing the Octo L’Originale Chronograph, a three-counter chronograph powered by the self-winding BVL 328 Velocissimo calibre, a high-frequency (5 Hz) mechanical movement equipped with a silicon escapement.

Chamfered, snailed and adorned with Côtes de Genève motif, this column-wheel chronograph offers 50 hours of power reserve and is visible through the transparent caseback.

Water-resistant to 100 metres / 330 feet, the 41 mm titanium case frames a grey dial with PVD-treated black hands and applied hour markers as well as a small date window between 4 and 5 o’clock. The eight-sided crown has a black ceramic insert. Perfectly integrated with the design of case, the push buttons also act as crown guards.

Secured to the wrist by a comfortable rubber strap with folding clasp, the Bulgari Octo L’Originale Chronograph (ref. 102859) has a price of Euro 9,950. bulgari.com
