H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic Frozen
H. Moser & Cie. has added two new references to its Streamliner collection: The Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic Frozen, available in 5N red gold or steel, is ready to defy time with a particularly seductive textured aesthetic. While its movement, the automatic calibre HMC 907, still vibrates with the same enchanting precision, it is its dial that steals the show and catches everyone's attention. Whether in Midnight Blue fumé for the 5N red gold model or Matrix Green fumé on the steel model, this piece boasts a hand-sculpted frosted finish that catches the light and the eye.
True to form, H. Moser & Cie. focuses on the essentials. The Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic retains its refined aesthetic and the minimalism of the central display; the piece is adorned with a subtle texture, the result of patient hand-engraving followed by stamping on the brass plates to obtain a frosted finish that is both luminous and vibrant. A tinted lacquer is then applied in vivid shades of colour: the deep, enchanting Midnight Blue for the 5N red gold model, and the intense, hypnotic Matrix Green for the steel model.
True masterpieces in relief, these dials resemble "tableaux vivants", their frosted texture catching the light and releasing it in an explosion of reflections. At just the right angle, they glisten like snow in the sunlight, radiating ever-changing sparkles. A hypnotic spectacle, in which every tiny variation in light reveals a new facet of the pattern. To preserve this visual purity, the H. Moser & Cie. logo is discreetly applied in transparent lacquer like a secret signature, respecting the harmony of the dial without disrupting its balance.
Water-resistant to 12 ATM and featuring a highly sculptural design, the Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic Frozen case is harmoniously proportioned and beautifully aerodynamic, with an integrated rubber strap on the 5N red gold model or a steel bracelet on the steel model.
On the movement side, these two models are equipped with one of the best chronograph calibres ever designed. This movement was developed by AGENHOR, one of H. Moser & Cie.'s partner companies, with a focus on minimalism and legibility. Visible through the sapphire case-back, the calibre HMC 907 features a highly contemporary finish, with the traditional Moser stripes angled at 45° and anthracite grey rhodiumplating on the bridges and main plate. The oscillating weight has been placed between the movement and the dial to allow the operation of the chronograph and its column wheel to be admired.
With an aesthetic that is both sporty and refined, the Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic Frozen has a raw energy supremely channelled in its power and subtle sophistication. H. Moser & Cie. delivers the perfect combination – the excellence of the HMC 907 movement, the elegance of a sleek design and the captivating depth of the colours: this is watchmaking at its purest and most intense. A fusion of mastery of time and pure emotion.
H. Moser & Cie.'s own and unique take on Haute Horlogerie.
