JC Biver x Bucherer Carillon Tourbillon set with Graded Blue Sapphires

We proudly present Biver's outstanding new timepiece mastered exclusively for Bucherer. A true mechanical marvel, The Carillon Tourbillon is a captivating fusion of horological excellence and artistic expression.

Encased in white gold, this masterpiece houses an intriguing object of curiosity – the Minute Repeater – while its dial and case are adorned with a stunning array of sapphires totalling 30.52 carats in various shades. The meticulous concave gem setting goes beyond mere decoration; it is a hearfelt tribute to the art form itself. Crafted exclusively for Bucherer, this outstanding timepiece is a testament to the mastery of artisans who have poured their expertise into its creation.

This is a carillon-type minute repeater, which means that the movement is composed of three gongs and three hammers. The automatic movement also features a platinum micro-rotor. The micro-rotor's decorative plate is in rose gold. The JCB seal visible on the regulating bridge guarantees a very high level of finishing for the movement, both in terms of quality and decoration. 

The plate is circular-grained on both sides of the movement. The bridges visible at the back of the movement are in white gold, with a grained decoration on top. The tourbillon itself is topped by a white gold bridge. The movement features 196 re-entrant angles and 44 jewels. The power reserve is 72 hours. The front and rear crystals are made of sapphire crystal.
