Oris Divers Sixty-Five Fratello Limited Edition

Introducing the latest Fratello × ORIS collaboration, the Divers Sixty-Five Fratello Limited Edition. This watch is a contemporary iteration of a dive-watch design that was created in 1965. For the Fratello Limited Edition, we drew inspiration from a later version of that watch from 1968.

This later iteration was a milestone for ORIS, as it was the first of the brand’s dive watches to have the “STAR” designation. Most importantly, “STAR” indicated that the watch had a Swiss lever escapement. This marked a significant improvement over the pin-pallet escapements that ORIS had been forced by the Swiss Watch Statute to continue using since 1934.

This new Fratello × ORIS collaboration watch uses design elements from that 1968 version, including the historical typography, a glossy black dial with printed hour markers, a trapezoidal date window, and a dotted bezel scale.

This new execution elevates the brand’s beloved Divers Sixty-Five line by maintaining the charm of the past and giving it a modern twist. Following the success of our first collaboration, we have teamed up with ORIS once again to create a limited-edition 40mm dive watch featuring the ORIS caliber 733, an automatic movement based on the Sellita SW200-1.

The understated “less is more” approach of this new release is a subtle take on the original ORIS Star dive watch with its timeless and straightforward design.

November 29th, The Hague: The ORIS Divers Sixty-Five Fratello Limited Edition will be available from 6:00 AM CET on Tuesday, December 6th. Limited to 300 pieces in total, 250 pieces will be available to order from the Fratello Shop. The remaining 50 pieces will be available directly from ORIS boutiques.

The price is €2,299 including 21% Dutch VAT (€1,900 excluding VAT). VAT is automatically recalculated and updated at the point of checkout once shipping information is confirmed.
