Manually wound R TO 27 PS QR combines a minute-repeater, a tourbillon and a perpetual calendar with retrograde date display and moon-phase indication – five of the most sought-after complications among connoisseurs.

The dial of the 5316/50P-001 is made out of the sapphire crystal with blue metallization and black-gradient rim, with gold applied faceted “obus” hour markers. The original face of this new model is enhanced by a navy blue embossed calfskin strap with a fabric pattern, contrasting cream-colored stitching and a platinum fold-over clasp.
