This collaboration takes shape today through the Série R01 Depancel × DAMS Lucas Oil, a limited edition of 200 pieces, designed around the team’s visual codes and the demands of the circuit.

Founded in 1988, DAMS Lucas Oil is one of the most iconic teams in modern motorsport. For more than three decades, its single-seaters have competed in the Formula 2 and Formula 3 championships, helping reveal some of the most promising talents in the paddock. Each season is built on technical mastery forged through experience, engineering excellence, and a relentless pursuit of performance. This level of commitment has made DAMS Lucas Oil a key player in developing future champions and a symbol of mechanical precision, sporting dedication, and innovation on the international stage.

A dial inspired by the team

The dial is dressed in the emblematic colours of DAMS Lucas Oil, combining a deep blue with subtle touches of light blue in a two-level construction. The slightly recessed central section features a sunray finish, while the upper level is defined by wide vertical lines that add depth and relief. At 6 o’clock, the DAMS Lucas Oil logo sits above the date window, marking this collaboration. The « Depancel Dashboard » hands, inspired by automotive gauges, along with index markers reminiscent of track markers, are coated with Super-LumiNova® C1 to ensure optimal legibility in all conditions.

A case designed down to the smallest detail

With its distinctive square design, the Série R01 Depancel × DAMS Lucas Oil features a 43×36mm stainless steel case with dynamic edges, bevelled at 6 and 12 o’clock for optimal ergonomics and a natural fit on the wrist. The top of the case displays a vertical brushed finish, while the case sides alternate between horizontal brushing and polished surfaces for a refined contrast. The entire silhouette is topped with a bevelled sapphire glass that extends the lines of the case with seamless elegance.

A reliable and robust movement

The Série R01 Depancel × DAMS Lucas Oil is powered by the calibre 9122, an automatic movement developed by the Japanese manufacture Miyota. Offering a 40-hour power reserve, it is renowned for its exemplary reliability and features a carefully engineered design that reduces wear points and ensures excellent performance in all conditions.

The transparent case back reveals the heart of the watch, its gears in action and its decorated oscillating weight. A precision mechanism designed to last and to be admired.

A limited edition of 200 numbered pieces

The Série R01 Depancel × DAMS Lucas Oil is limited and numbered to 200 pieces. This piece will never be reproduced again.
