SevenFriday T1/08 "Bauhaus Inspired"

The typeface above, or its name rather, is what has inspired us over the last decade: BAUHAUS, a design movement which saw its genesis in the early 1920s in Germany. It is characterized by simple geometric shapes with smooth and rounded corners. Simplified forms and functionality.

And that’s something that describes our newest timepiece, the T1/08, down pat. An all-stainless-steel model with a metal bracelet and its iconic rounded square shape measuring 45mm. A simple and unadorned expression of early 20th century modernism front and centre in the 21st century!

Colours are also important, bright and vibrant as the new design era they then ushered in. To echo this our designers highlighted the T1/08 bezel with 4 thin grooves, each filled with a different pastel colour. These same tones can also be found printed on a grid-patterned dial, over which a large white ring with BAUHAUS numbers will rotate clockwise to indicate the time. Simple geometric shapes are applied on the circumference and serve as a reference for the hours and quarters.

On the reverse, the ever-present NFC cover is decorated in more geometric shapes and colours. Underneath lies a chip which allows you to link with UPO7F. Simply use your iPhone or Android, register and start exchanging with like-minded individuals and receive special offers and invites.

And to top it all off, a shiny metal bracelet, every link’s top surface in a vertical brushed finish, K1 mineral glass and waterproofness to 3ATM to protect this special T1/08, a celebration of BAUHAUS.
