Sinn Spezialuhren exhibition in Frankfurt am Main

Under the slogan “Feel free to drop by on your way”, high-quality mechanical wristwatch manufacturer Sinn Spezialuhren is hosting its very own special exhibition at its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. From 22 February to 6 April, partners, press representatives and customers will have the opportunity to discover extraordinary new watches and delve deeper into the company’s history.

Frankfurt is well worth a detour

Besides hosting a special exhibition in Frankfurt am Main, Sinn Spezialuhren is also inviting its partners and press representatives to “Time to Watches” in Geneva, which takes place from 28 March to 1 April. This trade fair is only open to end customers on 1 April. Other spring trade fairs – excluding Sinn – are “Watches and Wonders” in Geneva from 27 March to 2 April and Inhorgenta in Munich from 24 to 27 February.

We offer our partners and press representatives the perfect opportunity to combine a relaxed trip to Frankfurt to visit the special exhibition and the launch of our novelties with their visit to a trade fair”, explains Lothar Schmidt, owner of Sinn Spezialuhren.

Old photographs and exhibits

The experience that Sinn Spezialuhren is laying on for its customers and partners is well worth a detour. For example, throughout the full duration of the event, Lothar Schmidt will be available by arrangement for a meeting or to take visitors on a guided tour, as will staff from the sales and marketing team. The SINN building’s prestigious atrium will be transformed into an area resembling a museum. For example, old photographs and exhibits that bear witness to the company’s history will be on display in the atrium for the first time.

Explore the special exhibition

Once a week, the company will be offering guided tours of the special exhibition. These will take place during regular opening hours and last around 90 minutes. Dates and times are available at our website . Those interested can register by email at this address. Since only a limited number of participants can take part in the guided tours, visitors to the special exhibition must register and receive confirmation from Sinn Spezialuhren in advance.

“Sinn.Talk.Time.” – twice the experience

Another exhibition highlight will see Sinn Spezialuhren host two events in the “Sinn.Talk.Time.” series. The first event will start on 23 February with “Special watches on a special mission”. Two professional users will clearly explain how SINN watches have to withstand everyday missions. On 15 March, there will be a fast-paced Sinn.Talk.Time. on “Timekeeping in Rallying”. Two experts will explain what is important when it comes to timekeeping in rallying. Both rounds of talks will start at 6 p.m. and will be broadcast directly on Sinn Spezialuhren’s YouTube channel so that as many interested parties as possible can follow the user-oriented discussions.

We are very much looking forward to these events and cordially invite everyone to follow them online. Anyone wanting to learn first-hand about the performance capabilities of SINN watches should attend.”

Special watches on a special mission

The programme starts on 23th February with the topic "Special watches on special missions". Two professional users will explain in a practical way how SINN watches have to prove themselves in daily use and what robust challenges they are confronted with.

Timekeeping in rally sport

On 15th March, things will get racy at the Sinn. Time. Talk. on the subject of "Timekeeping in Rallying". Two experts will report on what is important for timekeeping in rallying and why mechanical Sinn watches in particular play an important role when it comes to precision and reliability.

About the company

The name Sinn Spezialuhren stands for highly functional mechanical timepieces used by pilots, divers, firefighters, emergency doctors, rescue workers, special units of the German police force such as the GSG 9, Germany’s commando frogman force KSM (Kommando Spezialkräfte der Marine) and the special unit of the German Central Customs Support Group ZUZ (Zentrale Unterstützungsgruppe Zoll). In particular, it is with technologies like DIAPAL, Ar-Dehumidifying Technology, HYDRO, TEGIMENT and Magnetic Field Protection that SINN watches continually show their durability, longevity, quality and precision both in everyday life and in extreme situations. During the development process, SINN Spezialuhren bases the design of its watches firmly on the required functionality.
