After winning the prestigious Innovation Prize at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève in 2021, Lederer's celebrated Central Impulse Chronometer is back in the spotlight. Today, the watch not only continues to impress with its avant-garde mechanism – which has been further refined – but also with its new, more sober aesthetic, presented in a 39mm diameter case.

For the first time since creating the Central Impulse Chronometer independent watchmaker Bernhard Lederer unveils a series in which the movement along with its ingenious invention is fully revealed on the dial side.

On the occasion of Geneva Watch Days 2023, Bernhard Lederer presents the final two series – Series 3 & Series 4 – which bring to a close the amazing adventure of his celebrated Central Impulse Chronometer.

For the first time since inventing the Central Impulse Chronometer, watchmaker Bernhard Lederer unveils a unique version without a dial: the movement is completely exposed under the crystal. It is also the first model to be offered at auction. This also marks the return of the great watchmaker to Only Watch after 12 years.

Following the initial introduction as a concept watch at last year’s Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève, the Central Impulse Chronometer now takes on its final form.
